I've always considered myself a creative person. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I was always drawing, painting, and anything else that allowed me to express myself artistically. Although I had a deep appreciation for photography as an art form, my professional journey as a photographer unexpectedly began in 2003. On a whim, I enrolled in an intro photojournalism class while attending Boston University. I immediately knew I was hooked - I fell in love with telling people's stories with my photos, declared it as my major and graduated with a degree in photojournalism.

After spending a few years working on staff at daily newspapers, I decided to redirect my photography towards a new path. I chose to turn my passion into a full-time business focused on capturing portraits and weddings, something I had been doing since my early days (I photographed my first wedding just one month after graduating from BU in 2006). Now, I focus my work on capturing the special moments in my clients' lives - and wouldn't have it any other way.
